Adding Scrolling Recent Posts Widget your Blog

Step 1. Log in to your Blogger Dashboard
Step 2. Go to Layout >> Click on Add a Gadget and Select HTML/JavaScript Gadget from the list of Gadgets
Step 3. Now Copy the below code and Paste it in the HTML/JavaScript Widget box

•  Replace www.blogolect.blogspot.com with your Blog/Website URL/Address
•  Replace 10 with the number of recent posts you want to show
• Change left to change the direction of scrolling (Left or Right)
• To change Posts Separator/Bullet Text replace • with yours

Step 4. Hit the Save Button
And you're Done.
