Step 1. Go to http://www.bing.com/toolbox/submit-site-url
Step 2. Type your URL/Blog address in the URL field
Step 3. Type the captcha text in the box and hit the Submit button

How to Submit you URL/Blog to Yahoo!

Step 1. Go to http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html
Step 2. Click on Submit your site for free option. It'll redirect you to next page
Step 3. Log in to your Microsoft account
Step 4. After logging in click on Add a Site button and submit you URL
