Step 1. Go to AddThis.com and Create an Account, after you signup they ask will ask you to add the default JavaScript, add that code just below <head> in your blogger template editor (Blogger Dashboard >> Template >> Edit HTML)
Step 2. Go to AddThis Dashboard >> Tool Gallery, AddThis provides both free and premium buttons, click on the free Sharing Sidebar from the widgets, a popup will open

Step 3. From that popup choose how many buttons you want to show and their background color, now scroll down and you'll see a piece of code

Step 4. Copy that code and Go to your Blogger Dashboard >> Layout >> Add a Gadget >> Scroll down and choose HTML/JavaScript gadget from the list of gadgets
Step 5. Paste that code in the empty widget box
Step 6. Press the Save button
And you're done.
