Last account activity shows you the information about last activity of your gmail account. Recent activity shows Browser name, Country, ip address and time. Check all your account activity and in case of any suspicious activity change your password and click Sign Out all other sessions to sign out all sessions other than your current session.

First and foremost, Go to www.gmail.com and Log in to your account. Scroll down to the bottom of that page and look for Last account activity. Click the Details link.A popup window will open showing your past 10 login activity including Browser name, country, ip address and time.
