Log in to your Twitter Account and go to this page. You'll see plenty of options there for the customization of height, link color and theme of the widget. Customize the widget in your own way and hit the 'Create Widget' button.

A code will appear under the widget preview.

Now to add User Timeline Feeds widget to your blog, copy the widget code, Log in to your Blogger Account. Go to Layout >> Add a Gadget >> select HTML/JavaScript from the list of gadgets and paste that code in the HTML/JavaScript widget box. Now hit the Save button.
